BUSINESS PLAN AND PROPOSAL FOR THE SETTING UP AND OPENING OF FAST FOOD AND RESTAURANT OUTLET IN IBADAN OYO STATE.

I humbly write this proposal for a money donation in setting and starting fast food business in Ibadan Oyo State Nigeria. MABEL’S PLACE  is a proposed standardized fasts food restaurant that will provide Ibadan teeming residents and workers with some of the tastiest local delicacies they have tasted in recent times delivered in a classy environment. Mabel’s Place will be tentatively located in one of the most developed area in Ibadan Oyo state

The brand Mabel’s Place is established as a sole proprietorship business. It started as an online food business, where people ordered for their meals online and they get it delivered to their location. Since the inception of the online food business, we have been a able to capture and create our customer base, in which they crave and ask for a walk-in restaurant as well. The restaurant will be managed and overseen by Mabel Archibong, a female serial entrepreneur Who has years of expertise in restaurant and eateries and in other business field but has now decided to work for herself. Mabel’s Place will have on its menu a mouthwatering selection of local and intercontinental delicacies which will include egusi soup, Afang soup, ogbono soup, oha soup, pepper-soup, ewedu, vegetable soup, okro, eba, fufu, semolina, pounded yam, beans, fried rice, jellof rice, coconut rice, village rice, Chinese rice, Asian Noddles etc. The aforementioned will be served with a variety of meat offerings ranging from roundabout to pomo to beef, Tasty fried chicken, turkey, assorted fish types and recipes will not be left out.

We will also offer point and kill services to customers who may prefer to just come in, relax, watch television and eat our greatly demanded superb tasty smoked fish offerings Mabel’s Place  will also pride itself in providing classy first-class outdoor catering services that would include cooking and serving meals of all kinds, snacks and deserts and chilled drinks of different types in outdoor events of different kinds, And home delivery as well.

Certain developing  areas in ibadan like Mokola, Eleyele, Ologuneru, Ring road, Challenge as in recent times begun to capture the interest of greater residents. This is because this once sleepy and relatively quiet business and residential community has attracted in recent times the interest and investments (in real estate)of  many high and mighty. With its over 100,000 population made up of residents, workers and visitors, these aforementioned areas will provide any good classy restaurant worth its onions the right kind of demography on which successful businesses thrive. Our competitive edge lies in the irresistible nature of our local and continental meals, served not just like they are served in conventional fasts food restaurants, but served in a manner each plate of food reflects each customers individuality of demand and taste a classic . It will be designed to attract bankers and workers for late breakfast and lunch and residents especially for dinner and everything else in-between.

MABEL’S PLACE seeks N1,000,000 finance to cover startup costs, equipment, renting and renovation expenses, and working capital.
